Orders are usually packed within 3-5 working days. Small-batch releases, made-to-order items, and busy exhibition periods may take a little longer.

International shipping
International orders may be subject to customs charges, import tax, or local handling fees. These are the responsibility of the customer after dispatch.
Lost packages
If a parcel appears delayed or missing, please get in touch with your order number. A shipping enquiry can be opened once the courier's waiting period has passed.
Returns / refunds
Because many items are limited, handmade, or printed in small batches, returns are handled case by case. Damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
